“No one can make you feel inferior without your consent”.
Eleanor Roosevelt, ‘This Is My Story,’ 1937
We have heard from inspirational women for decades who have been giving us clear messages of empowerment. Many mothers struggle from time to time feeling a good enough parent or overwhelmed by the responsibility of being a mother.
Finding a support network of friends can be challenging if you hold on to beliefs that you ‘aren’t’ going to be accepted by other mums when you feel inferior to people you meet because you ‘are’ holding on to past messages from others, painful experiences or confidence issues.
If you would like to discover more about yourself within a therapeutic relationship and counselling process then it is time to get in touch and begin working on your confidence building and self-belief that you are all that you want to be when it comes to being a mum, women and nurturing human being.
Please ask if you want to find out about options for counselling and the venues I work from within Lincoln…
