A warm welcome from the beautiful South Park Office

Here at the South Park office we are very fortunate to be surrounded by nature. We are across the road from the South Common where I enjoy some lovely walks and encourage my clients to enjoy the space too before or after our session together.

I decided to call my business Finding Our Way Through Life Transitions because that is what we are all doing. JUST FINDING OUR WAY, through each day we are fortunate to be living. Sometimes life events can become so overwhelming that you feel like ending everything, please let me encourage you to reach out and ask for support if you are feeling this way. These thoughts will only be temporary, your situation isn't going to last forever and there will be people who can support you to find your way to a safer and more settled state of mind.

Life events come and go, people enter your life and some stay, others move on. Each and every living thing is evolving. You are responsible for your own mental health and well-being. Other people will either enhance your life or drain you with their dramas, chaos or unhealthy behaviours. Its time for you to sit back and reflect on what is and isn't working for you right now. I ask you to think about "What can you change that doesn't feel good right now for you?" Changes are occurring all the time, we just have to be open to exploring new thoughts, experience trying different things and reflect on these with our curious and compassionate mind.

If I can help in anyway along your path of discover, recovery or self development please get in touch and to start your exploration together.

Taking a few minutes out my day to enjoy some mindful moments.
